It can be difficult to prioritize your daily and weekly goals whenever a new expansion releases. With the launch of Dragonflight, we’ve compiled a to-do list that you may want to check out!

Content Not Available Before Next Week’s Maintenance

Before we dive into it, it is important to point out that the vast majority of content will not be available until next week’s reset (week of December 6) to allow players to focus on leveling at their own pace. The following content will not be available until next week:

Epic-quality Dragonbane Strongboxes from the Siege of Dragonbane Keep event.

Mythic Dungeon Difficulty

Weekly quests: “Community Feasts”, “Aiding the Accord”, “Show Yer Mettle”, the Valdrakken profession quests, weekly PvP quests for Honor.

Grand Hunt Spoils (Uncommon, Rare, and Epic quality)

Dragonflight Launch Week 1: To-Do List

Complete the Dragonflight Intro Quest leading up to the point where you unlock Dragonriding. It takes about 30 minutes when you start questing in the Waking Shores.

Focus on collecting all Dragon Glyphs to unlock Dragonriding Talents that vastly improve your leveling experience.

Focus on reaching Level 70 with your main character and completing the Dragonflight Campaign to unlock World Quests, Adventure Mode, and Renown.

When you unlock all three, focus on:

Increasing your Renown with the four Major Factions by completing World Quests and opening treasure chests.

Running Heroic Dungeons to gear up your main character.

Completing World Quests for gear upgrades.

Levelling up your Professions.

To-Do List for Alts on Dragonflight Launch Week

Don’t forget to park all your alts in a rested area so they can start earning Rested XP.

Log in to the game with your alts. The login after Dragonflight launches triggers Rested XP. Someone on Reddit mentioned you do not need to log in, but we cannot verify that at this time.

Abandon all quests using the following macro.

/run for i=1,C_QuestLog.GetNumQuestLogEntries() do C_QuestLog.SetSelectedQuest(C_QuestLog.GetInfo(i).questID); C_QuestLog.SetAbandonQuest(); C_QuestLog.AbandonQuest() end;

Level up your alts using Adventure Mode.

That about sums up the priorities for Dragonflight Launch Week 1. If we forgot about anything, let us know in the comments!
