An overview of the latest Rogue changes that went live in this week’s Dragonflight Alpha build.

Rogue

Assassination

Improved Garrote renamed to Deadened Nerves – Garrote silences the target for 3 sec when used from Stealth. Physical damage taken reduced by 3%.

Venomous Wounds –  You regain 5 7 Energy each time your Garrote or Rupture deal Bleed damage to a poisoned target.

Nightstalker – While Stealth or Shadow Dance is active, your abilities deal 10% 5% more damage.

Elusiveness – Feint also reduces all damage you take from non-area-of-effect attacks by [ 30 + 25% of Spell Power ]% for 6 sec. Evasion also reduces damage taken by [ 10 + 25% of Spell Power ]%, and Feint also reduces non-area-of-effect damage taken by [ 20 + 25% of Spell Power ]%.

Iron Wire – Increase the duration of Garrote’s silence effect by 3 sec. Garrote silences the target for 6 sec when used from Stealth.

Venom Rush – Ambush and Mutilate refunds 8 Energy when used against a poisoned target.

Poison Bomb – Envenom and Rupture have has a [ 40 [ 50 / 10% ]% chance per combo point spent to smash a vial of poison at the target’s location, creating a pool of acidic death that deals [ 44% of Attack Power ] Nature damage over 2 sec to all enemies within it.

Outlaw

Restless Blades – Affected skills: Adrenaline Rush, Between the Eyes, Blade Flurry, Blade Rush, Dreadblades, Ghostly Strike, Grappling Hook, Keep it Rolling, Killing Spree, Marked for Death, Roll the Bones, Sepsis,Shadow Dance, Sprint, and Vanish.

Evasion renamed to Riposte and changed. Dodging an attack while Evasion is active will trigger Mastery: Main Gauche. This effect may only occur once every 1 sec.

Blade Flurry – Strikes up to nearby 5 targets for [ 40% of Attack Power ] Physical damage, and causes your single target attacks to also strike up to 4 nearby enemies for 60% 50% of normal damage for 12 10 sec.

Elusiveness – Feint also reduces all damage you take from non-area-of-effect attacks by [ 30 + 25% of Spell Power ]% for 6 sec. Evasion also reduces damage taken by [ 10 + 25% of Spell Power ]%, and Feint also reduces non-area-of-effect damage taken by [ 20 + 25% of Spell Power ]%.

Blinding Powder – Reduces the cooldown of Blind by 30 sec and increases its range by 15 5 yds.

Subtlety

Shuriken Storm renamed to Improved Shuriken Storm.
