Focal Circle and Landscape Darkening have been added in Patch 10.0.5 to reduce motion sickness from Dragonriding.
Patch 10.0.5 global strings hint at new accessibility options added to help reduce motion sickness while Dragonriding. The options can be set up individually.
OPTION_TOOLTIP_MOTION_SICKNESS_DRAGONRIDING – Helps to address motion sickness while flying Drakes in Dragon Isles.
Landscape Darkening: Applies a darkening effect around the outside of the screen as the player Dragonrides.
Focal Circle: Adds a focal circle crosshair to the center of the screen
