Update: we have an official statement from Blizzard clarifying that Arclight Rumble will NOT include loot boxes. It is unclear whether the game will be made available the Netherlands and Belgium due to their stricter laws.

Warcraft Rumble according to the game’s description on Google Play mentions “in-game purchases (including random items)”.
Some Reddit users from Belgium were trying to pre-register for it, but found that Warcraft Rumble wasn’t available in their country.
Initially, we thought it was due to the “random items” part, because in Belgium, Loot Boxes are classified as illegal gambling since 2018, but Blizzard confirmed there won’t be any Loot Boxes in the game.
