Will of the Necropolis – Damage taken below 30% Health is reduced by 30% 20%.

Frost

Icy Talons – Your Runic Power spending abilities increase your melee attack speed by 2% 3% for 6 sec, stacking up to 3 times.

Unholy

Summon Gargoyle – The Gargoyle gains 1% increased damage for every 2 1 Runic Power you spend.

Epidemic – Causes each of your Virulent Plagues to flare up, dealing [ 20% 24% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage to the infected enemy, and an additional [ 8% 9.6% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage to all other enemies near them.

Unholy Command – Damage Dealt by Death Coil reduces the The cooldown of Dark Transformation is reduced by 0.5 8 sec.

Clawing Shadows – Deals [ 46% 55.2% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage and causes 1 Festering Wound to burst.

Army of the Damned – Apocalypse’s cooldown is reduced by 45 sec. Additionally, Death Coil and Epidemic reduce the cooldown of Apocalypse by 1 sec and Army of the Dead by 5 sec. Apocalypse and Army of the Dead also summon a Magus of the Dead who hurls Frostbolts and Shadow Bolts at your foes.

New Talents

Death Knights received the following new talents in Build #45232.

Clenching Grasp – Death Grip slows enemy movement speed by 50% for 6 sec.

Unholy Endurance – Increases Lichborne duration by 2 sec and while active damage taken is reduced by 15%.

Plaguebringer – Scourge Strike causes your disease damage to occur 150% more quickly for 5 sec.

Runic Mastery – Increases your maximum Runic Power by 10.

Feasting Strikes – Festering Strike and Scourge Strike have a 15% chance to generate 1 Rune.

Magus of the Dead – Apocalypse and Army of the Dead also summon a Magus of the Dead who hurls Frostbolts and Shadow Bolts at your foes.

Ruptured Viscera – When your ghouls expire, they explode in viscera dealing [ 24% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage to nearby enemies.

Commander of the Dead – Dark Transformation also empowers your Gargoyle and Army of the Dead for 30 sec, increasing their damage by 40%.

Eternal Agony – Death Coil increases the duration of Dark Transformation by 1 sec.

Coil of Devastation – Death Coil causes the target to take an additional 35% of the direct damage dealt over 4 sec.

Rotten Touch  Sudden Doom causes your next Death Coil to also increase your Scourge Strike damage against the target by 30% for 6 sec.

[NYI] Plaguebearer – Inflict disease upon your enemies spreading Festering Wounds equal to the amount currently active on your target to 8 nearby enemies. (Instant, Costs 30 Runic Power, 30 yd range, 45 sec cooldown)

Superstrain – Your Virulent Plague also applies Frost Fever and Blood Plague.

Demon Hunter

Baseline

Throw Glaive (Rank 2) renamed to Bouncing Glaives. Throw Glaive ricochets to an additional targets.

Soul Carver – Carve into the soul of your target, dealing (344% of weapon damage) Fire damage and an additional [ 97.6% 97.7% of Attack Power ] Fire damage over 3 sec. Immediately shatters 2 Lesser Soul Fragments from the target and 1 additional Lesser Soul Fragment every 1 sec.

Disrupt renamed to Disrupting Fury.

Metamorphosis – Upon landing, you are transformed into a hellish demon for 30 sec, immediately resetting the cooldown of your Eye Beam and Blade Dance abilities, greatly empowering your Chaos Strike and Blade Dance abilities and gaining 20% 10% Haste.

PvP Talent

Demonic Origins – The cooldown of Metamorphosis is reduced by 2 min, but its duration is reduced by 12 10 sec.

Havoc

Fel Rush (Rank 2) renamed to Hot Feet.

Chaos Strike (Rank 2) renamed to Improved Chaos Strike and changed. Chaos Strike damage increased by 10%. 15%.

Furious Gaze  – When Eye Beam finishes fully channeling, your Haste is increased by an additional 10% for 9 12 sec.

Blind Fury – Eye Beam generates 40 20 Fury every sec. and its duration is increased by 50% 25%.

Demonic Appetite – Chaos Strike has a chance to spawn a Lesser Soul Fragment. Consuming any Soul Fragment grants 30 15 Fury.

Demon Blades – Your auto attacks deal an additional [ 15.18% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage and generate 7-12 10-10 Fury.

Unbound Chaos – Activating Immolation Aura increases the damage of your next Fel Rush by 500% 250%. Lasts 20 12 sec.

Soul Rending – Leech increased by 10% 5%. Gain an additional 20% 10% Leech while Metamorphosis is active.

Essence Break – Slash all enemies in front of you for [ 59.07% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage, and increase the damage your Chaos Strike and Blade Dance deal to them by 40% for 8 6 sec.

First Blood – Reduces the Fury cost of Blade Dance by 20 and increases its damage to [ 155.1% of Attack Power ] against the first target struck. Blade Dance deals [ 155.1% of Attack Power ] additional Chaos damage to the first target struck.

Cycle of Hatred renamed to Cycle of Hatred (NYI) – Chaos Strike also reduces the cooldown of Eye Beam by 1 0.5 sec, and an additional 1 0.5 sec when it critically strikes refunds Fury.

Master of the Glaive – Throw Glaive has 2 charges, and snares all enemies hit by 50% for 6 sec. 1 additional charge.

Unleashed Power – Removes the fury cost of Chaos Nova and reduces its cooldown by 33%. Reduces the Fury cost of Chaos Nova by 50% and its cooldown by 20%.

Momentum – Fel Rush, Felblade, Glide, The Hunt, and Vengeful Retreat increase your damage done by 15% 12% for 6 sec.

Vengeance

Soul Cleave (Rank 2) renamed to Focused Cleave. Soul Cleave damage increased by 10%. Soul Cleave deals 25% increased damage to your primary target.

Soul Cleave – Viciously strike all up to 5 enemies in front of you for [ 70.2% 87.75% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and heal yourself for [ 50% of Attack Power ]. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets. Now costs 35 Fury (was 30).

Sigil of Flame now generates 30 Fury.

Sigil of Misery renamed to Improved Sigil of Misery.

Abyssal Strike – Infernal Strike creates a Sigil of Flame when you land and its cooldown is reduced by 8 sec land.

Spirit Bomb – Consume up to 5 8 Soul Fragments within 25 yds and then explode, afflicting nearby enemies with Frailty for 20 6 sec and damaging them for [ 22.11% of Attack Power ] Fire per fragment. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 8 targets. Now costs 45 Fury (up from 30).

Charred Flesh – Immolation Aura damage increases the duration of your Fiery Brand by 0.50 0.25 sec.

Infernal Armor – Immolation Aura increases your armor by 20% 10% and causes melee attackers to suffer [ 5% of Attack Power ] Fire damage.

Concentrated Sigils – All Sigils are now targeted placed at your location, and the duration of their effects is increased by 2 sec.

Void Reaver – Frailty now also causes afflicted enemies to deal 5% reduced damage to you. Enemies struck by Soul Cleave deal 6% less damage to you are afflicted with Frailty for 12 6 sec.

New Talents

The following new Demon Hunter talents were added:

Soulrend – Throw Glaive causes targets to take an additional 60% of damage dealt as Chaos over 6 sec.

Felfire Heart – Increases duration of Immolation Aura and Sigil of Flame by 1 sec.

Initiative [NYI] – Damaging an enemy before they damage you increases your critical strike chance by 15% for 5 sec. Using Vengeful Retreat refreshes your potential to trigger this effect on any enemies you are in combat with.

Ragefire – Each time Immolation Aura deals critical damage 50% of the damage dealt is gathered as Ragefire. When Immolation Aura expires you explode, dealing all stored Ragefire damage to nearby enemies.

Demon Muzzle [NYI] – Enemies deal 8% reduced magic damage to you for 8 sec after being afflicted by one of your Sigils.

Chaos Theory – Blade Dance causes your next Chaos Strike within 8 sec to have a 10-18% increased critical strike chance.

Misery in Defeat – Enemies affected by Sigil of Misery take an additional 10% damage.

Shattered Destiny – The duration of your active demon form is extended by 0.1 sec per 5 Fury spent.

Will of the Illidari – Increases maximum health by 2%.

Tactical Retreat – Vengeful Retreat has a 5 sec reduced cooldown and generates 80 Fury over 10 sec.

Flames of Fury – Sigil of Flame generates 2 additional Fury per target hit.

Inner Demon – Entering demon form causes your next Chaos Strike to unleash your inner demon, causing it to crash into your target and deal [ 136.5% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage to all nearby enemies.

Cycle of Binding – Afflicting an enemy with a Sigil reduces the cooldown of your Sigils by 1 sec.

Illidari Knowledge – Reduces magic damage taken by 2%.

Fel Flame Fortification – You take 6% reduced magic damage while Immolation Aura is active.

Extended Sigils – Increases the duration of Sigil effects by 1 sec.

Long Night – Increases the duration of Darkness by 2 sec.

Retaliation – While Demon Spikes is active, melee attacks against you cause the attacker to take 1,259 Physical damage. Generates high threat.

Down in Flames – Fiery Brand has 1 additional charge.

Debilitating Cuts – Throw Glaive snares all enemies hit by 50% for 6 sec.

Precise Sigils – All Sigils are now placed at your target’s location.

Sigil of Chains – Place a Sigil of Chains at the target location that activates after 2 sec. All enemies affected by the sigil are pulled to its center and are snared, reducing movement speed by 70% for 6 sec. (Instant, 30 yd range, 1.5 min cooldown)

Sigil of Flame – Place a Sigil of Flame at the target location that activates after 2 sec. Deals [ 11.5% of Attack Power ] Fire damage, and an additional [ 28.38% of Attack Power ] Fire damage over 6 sec, to all enemies affected by the sigil. Generates 30 Fury.

Pitch Black – Reduces the cooldown of Darkness by 120 sec.

Unnatural Malice – Increase the damage over time effect of The Hunt by 30%.

Sigil of Misery – Place a Sigil of Misery at the target location that activates after 2 sec. Causes all enemies affected by the sigil to cower in fear, disorienting them for 20 sec. (Insant, 30 yd range, 3 min cooldown)

Sigil of Silence – Place a Sigil of Silence at the target location that activates after 2 sec. Silences all enemies affected by the sigil for 6 sec. (Instant, 30 yd range, 2 min cooldown)

Precise Sigils – All Sigils are now placed at your target’s location.

Felfire Haste – Fel Rush increases your movement speed by 10% for 8 sec.

Shattered Restoration – The healing of Shattered Souls is increased by 5%.

Elysian Decree – Place a Kyrian Sigil at the target location that activates after 2 sec. Detonates to deal [ 350% of Attack Power ] Arcane damage and shatter up to 3 Lesser Soul Fragments from enemies affected by the sigil. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets. (Instant, 30 yd range, 60 sec cooldown)

Lost in Darkness – Spectral Sight lasts an additional 6 sec if disrupted by attacking or taking damage.

Fel Bombardment – Immolation Aura damage has a chance to grant you a stack of Fel Bombardment, increasing the damage that your next Throw Glaive deals to your primary target by 50% and launching an additional glaive at a nearby target. This effect stacks up to 5 times.

Frailty – Enemies struck by Sigil of Flame are afflicted with Frailty for 6 sec. You heal for 10% of all damage you deal to targets with Frailty.

Tactical Retreat – Vengeful Retreat has a 5 sec reduced cooldown and generates 80 Fury over 10 sec.

Dancing with Fate – The final slash of Blade Dance deals an additional 50% damage.

The Weak-Willed – Multiple applications of Frailty may overlap. Soul Cleave applies Frailty to your primary target for 6 sec.

Vulnerability – Frailty now also increase all damage you deal to afflicted enemies by 10%.

Relentless Onslaught – Chaos Strike has a 8% chance to trigger a second Chaos Strike.

Restless Hunter – Leaving demon form grants a charge of Fel Rush and increases the damage of your next Blade Dance by 50%.

Shear Fury – Shear generates 5 additional Fury.

Collective Anguish – Casting Fel Devastation summons an allied Havoc Demon Hunter who casts Eye Beam.

Serrated Glaive – Enemies hit by Throw Glaive take 10% increased damage from Eye Beam.

Growing Inferno – Immolation Aura’s damage increases by 15% each time it deals damage.

Ragefire – Each time Immolation Aura deals critical damage 50% of the damage dealt is gathered as Ragefire. When Immolation Aura expires you explode, dealing all stored Ragefire damage to nearby enemies.

Throw Glaive deals lethal damage to the demon, which explodes on death, dealing [ 192.5% of Attack Power ] damage to nearby enemies and healing you for 25% of your maximum health. The explosion deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.

Burning Wound [NYI] – Demon’s Bite leaves an open wound on your enemy dealing [ 100% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage over 15 sec and increasing damage taken from your Immolation Aura by 65%.

Druid

Celestial Alignment

Incarnation: Chosen of Elune – An improved Moonkin Form that grants the benefits of Celestial Alignment, and 10% critical strike chance. Lasts 30 sec. You may shapeshift in and out of this improved Moonkin Form for its duration. (Instant, 40 yd range, 3. min cooldown)

Syzygy – Celestial Alignment blasts all enemies in a targeted area for [ 200% of Spell Power ] Astral damage and applies Stellar Flare to them.

Evoker

Devastation

Shattering Star – Exhale a bolt of concentrated power from your mouth for [ 150% 160% of Spell Power ] Spellfrost damage that cracks the target’s defenses, increasing the damage they take from you by 20% for 4 sec.

Ruby Embers – Living Flame deals [ 20% 18.4% of Spell Power ] damage over 12 sec to enemies, or restores [ 40% of Spell Power ] health to allies over 12 sec. Stacks 3 times.

Eternity Surge – Focus your energies to release a salvo of pure magic, dealing [ 369% 340% of Spell Power ] Spellfrost damage to an enemy.

Firestorm – An explosion bombards the target area with white-hot embers, dealing [ 210% 193.2% of Spell Power ] Fire damage to enemies over 12 sec.

Volatility – Pyre has a 30% 20% chance to flare up and explode again on a nearby target.

Preservation

Cycle of Life – Every 3 Emerald Blossoms leaves behind a tiny sprout which gathers 10% of your healing over 10 15 sec. The sprout then heals allies within 25 yards, divided evenly among targets.

Temporal Anomaly – Send forward a vortex of temporal energy, healing 3 injured allies within 10 yards every 2 sec for [173% of Spell Power ] absorbing [ 175% of Spell Power ] damage on 2 nearby allies every 2 sec for [ 173% of Spell Power]. Lasts 6 sec. Now costs 7.5% of Base Mana (was 11.5%).

Flow State – Empower spells cause time to flow 10% faster for you for 5 sec.

Hunter

Baseline

Fury of the Eagle – Furiously strikes all enemies in front of you, dealing [ 236.2% of Attack Power ] Physical damage over 4 sec. Critical strike chance increased by 30% 50% against any target below 20% health. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.

Improved Traps – The cooldown of Tar Trap, Steel Trap, Hi-explosive Trap, and Freezing Trap is reduced by 2.5 sec.

Beast Mastery

Aspect of the Wild – Grants you and your pet 5 Focus per sec and 10% increased critical strike chance for 20 sec. Fire off a Cobra Shot at your current target and  1 other enemies near your current target. For the next 20 sec, your Cobra Shot will fire at 1 extra targets and Cobra Shot Focus cost reduced by 10. Now has a 40-yard range (was 100).

Barbed Shot – Fire a shot that tears through your enemy, causing them to bleed for [ 130.5% 225% of Attack Power ] damage over 8 sec. Now has 2 charges (up from 1).

Barbed Wrath – Barbed Shot reduces the cooldown of Bestial Wrath by 0.0 sec and the cooldown of Aspect of the Wild by 0.0 12.0 sec.

Kill Command – 7.5 sec cooldown changed to recharge. 

Stampede – Summon a herd of stampeding animals from the wilds around you that deal [ 132.7% of Attack Power ] Physical damage to your enemies for over 12 sec. Enemies struck by the stampede are snared by 30%, and you have 10% increased critical strike chance against them for 5 sec.

Marksmanship

Crack Shot – Arcane Shot and Chimaera Shot Focus cost reduced by 10 20.

Dead Eye – Kill Shot now has 2 charges and has its cooldown reduced by 3.0 sec.

Survival

Alpha Predator – Kill Command now has 2 charges, and deals 30% 15% increased damage.

Guerrilla Tactics – Wildfire Bomb now has 2 charges, and the initial explosion deals 100% 50% increased damage.

Wildfire Infusion – Reacts violently with poison, causing an extra explosion [ 24.57% of Attack Power ] Fire damage against enemies suffering from your Serpent Sting and applies Serpent Stings to up to 5 3 targets.

Birds of Prey – Attacking your pet with Mongoose Bite, Raptor Strike, or Butchery / Carve extends the duration of Coordinated Assault by 1.5 sec. Kill Shot strikes up to 3 targets while coordinated Assault is active.

New Talents

Kill Cleave – While Beast Cleave is active, Kill Command now also strikes nearby enemies for 50% of damage dealt.

Master Handler – Each temporary beast summoned reduces the cooldown of Aspect of the Wild by 2.0 sec.

Eagletalon’s True Focus – Trueshot lasts an additional 1.5 sec, reduces the Focus cost of Arcane Shot, Chimaera Shot, and Multi-Shot by 12%, and reduces the Focus Cost of Aimed Shot by 12%.

Snake Bite – While Aspect of the Wild is active, Cobra Shot deals 30% increased damage.

Coordinated Kill – While Coordinated Assault is active, the cooldown of Wildfire Bomb is reduced by 25%, Wildifre Bomb generates 5 Focus when thrown, Kill Shot’s cooldown is reduced by 25%, and Kill Shot can be used against any target, regardless of their current health.

Readiness – Wailing Arrow resets the cooldown of Rapid Fire and generates 2 charges of Aimed Shot.

Windrunner’s Barrage – Wailing Arrow fires off 5 Wind Arrows at your primary target, and 10 Wind Arrows split among any secondary targets hit.

Serrated Shots – Serpent Sting and Bleed damage increased by 10%. This value is increased to 20% against targets below 30% health.

Bombardier – Wildfire Bomb’s cooldown is reset at the start and end of Coordinated Assault.

Arctic Bola – Raptor Strike has a chance to fling an Arctic Bola at your target, dealing [ 20% of Attack Power ] Frost damage and snaring the target by 20% for 3 sec. The Arctic Bola bounces up to 2 times.

Spearhead – You and your pet charge your enemy, striking them for [ 35% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. You then become one with your pet for 12 sec. While active, your pet damage is increased by 25%, Raptor Strike and Mongoose Bite deal an additional 35% damage over 4 sec, and Kill Command has a 20% increased chance to reset.

Wildfire Bomb – While Coordinated Assault is active, the cooldown of Wildfire Bomb is reduced by 25%, Wildifre Bomb generates 5 Focus when thrown, Kill Shot’s cooldown is reduced by 25%, and Kill Shot can be used against any target, regardless of their current health.

Mage

Arcane

Conjure Mana Gem – Conjures a Mana Gem that can be used to instantly restore 10% 25% mana and holds grant 5% Spellpower for 12 sec. Holds up to 3 charges.

Presence of Mind – Cooldown reduced to 45 sec (was 60).

Evocation – Cooldown reduced to 1.5 minutes (was 2).

Arcane Echo – Direct damage you deal to enemies affected by Touch of the Magi, causes an explosion that deals [ 6.55% 11% of Spell Power ] Arcane damage to all nearby enemies. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets.

Nether Tempest – Places a Nether Tempest on the target which deals [ 17.06% 19.62% of Spell Power ] Arcane damage over 12 sec to the target and nearby enemies within 10 yards. Limit 1 target. Deals reduced damage to secondary targets.

Fire

Dragon’s Breath – Enemies in a cone in front of you take 0 [ 58.25% of Spell Power ] Fire damage and are disoriented for 4 sec. Damage will cancel the effect.

Frost

Flurry – Unleash a flurry of ice, striking the target 3 times for a total of [ 104.3% of Spell Power ] Frost damage. Each hit reduces the target’s movement speed by 70% for 1 sec and applies Winter’s Chill to the target. Winter’s Chill causes the target to take damage from your spells as if it were frozen.

Improved Frost Nova – Frost Nova duration is increased by 1 2 sec.

Ice Lance – Quickly fling a shard of ice at the target, dealing [ 37.8% [ 34.02% of Spell Power ] Frost damage. Ice Lance damage is tripled against frozen targets.

Splitting Ice: Quickly fling a shard of ice at the target, dealing [ 37.8% [ 34.02% of Spell Power ] Frost damage, and [ 30.2% [ 27.2% of Spell Power ] Frost damage to a second nearby target.

Chain Reaction – Your Ice Lances against frozen targets increase the damage of your Ice Lances by 2% 1% for 10 sec, stacking up to 5 times.

New Talents

Volatile Detonation – Greatly increases the effect of Blast Wave’s knockback. Blast Wave’s cooldown is reduced by 5 seconds.

Blast Wave – Causes an explosion around yourself, dealing [ 47.25% of Spell Power ] Fire damage to all enemies within 8 yards, knocking them back, and reducing movement speed by 70% for 6 sec.

Baseline

Roll – Grants an additional charge of Roll a short distance and Chi Torpedo.

Brewmaster

Gift of the Ox – When you take damage, you have a chance to summon a Healing Sphere visible only to you. Moving through this Healing Sphere heals you for [ 150% 75% of Attack Power ].

Exploding Keg – Hurls a flaming keg at the target location, dealing [ 258% of Attack Power ] Fire damage to nearby enemies, causing your attacks against them to deal [ 20% of Attack Power ] additional Fire damage, and causing them to miss their melee attacks to deal 100% reduced damage for the next 3 sec.

High Tolerance – You gain up to 15% 10% Haste based on your current level of Stagger.

Mistweaver

Invoke Yu’lon, the Jade Serpent – [NYI] Enveloping Mist costs 33% less mana while Yu’lon is active.

New Talents

Awakened Faeline – Your abilities reset Faeline Stomp 100% more often. While within Faeline Stomp, your Tiger Palms strike 2 targets and your Spinning Crane Kick heals 5 nearby allies for 15% of the damage done.

Ancient Concordance – Your Blackout Kicks strike 1 additional target and have an additional 3% chance to reset the cooldown of your Rising Sun Kick while within your Faeline Stomp.

Yu’lon’s Blessing – Mana cost of Enveloping Mist reduced by s1%.

Generous Pour – You and your allies within 10 yards have 10% increased avoidance.

Close to Heart – You and your allies within 10 yards have 2% increased Leech.

Claw of the White Tiger – Deals [ 100% of Attack Power ] Nature damage. (Instant, 40 yd range, 2 sec cooldown)
