Death Knight

Improved Death Strike – Death Strike’s cost is reduced by 10, and its healing is increased by 20% 3%.

Druid

Feral

Berserk: Relentlessness – Combines with other Berserk abilities, granting all known Berserk effects while active.

Guardian

Berserk: Ravage – Combines with other Berserk abilities, granting all known Berserk effects while active.

Evoker

New Talents

Convergence – Temporal Anomaly consumes all your active Echoes, increasing its healing by 40% for each active Echo.

PvP Talents

Dream Projection – Cast time changed from 1.5 to  0.5 seconds.

Devastation

Firestorm – An explosion bombards the target area with white-hot cinders embers, dealing [ 140% of Spell Power ] Fire damage to enemies over 12 sec.

Preservation

Temporal Anomaly – Send forward a vortex of temporal energy, healing 3 injured allies within 15 12 yards every 1 sec for [ 65% of Spell Power ]. Lasts 8 sec.

Hunter

Fury of the Eagle Furiously strikes all enemies in front of you, dealing [ 236.2% of Attack Power ] Physical damage over 4 sec. Critical strike chance increased by 50% against any target below 20% health. Kill Command cooldown resets reduce the cooldown of Fury of the Eagle by 3.0 sec.

Marksmanship

Chimaera Shot – Spell cost doubled from 20 to 40 Focus.

Survival

Viper’s Venom – Raptor Strike has a chance to maake your next Serpent Sting cost no Focus nad deal an additional 250% initial damage. Raptor Strike and Mongoose Bite have aa 15% chance to apply Serpent Sting to your target.

Terms of Engagement – Harpoon has a 10 sec reduced cooldown, and deals [ 50% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and generates 20 Focus over 10 sec. Killing an enemy resets the cooldown of Harpoon.

Wildfire Infusion – Volatile Bomb: Reacts violently with poison, causing an extra explosion against enemies suffering from your Serpent Sting and refreshes your Serpent Stings applies Serpent Stings to up to 5 targets.

New Talents

Bloody Claws – Each stack of Mongoose Bite increases the chance for Kill Command to reset by 2%.

Bonded Companion – Coordinated Assault’s cooldown is reduced by 30 sec.

Intense Focus – Kill Command generates 3 additional Focus.

Pack Resilience – Dire Beast lasts an additional 1 sec and deals 20% increased damage.

Ranger – Kill Shot, Serpent Sting, Steady Shot, and Explosive Shot deal 20% increased damage.

Rejuvenating Wind – Exhilaration heals you for an additional 10%/20% of your maximum health over 8 sec.

Ruthless Marauder – Fury of the Eagle has a 15% increased critical strike chance against targets below 20% health, and Fury of the Eagle critical strikes reduce the cooldown of Wildfire Bomb and Flanking Strike by 0.5 sec.

Mage

Fire

Mastery: Ignite  Phoenix Flames Fire Blast causes your Ignites to spread to 8 4 nearby enemies.

Blazing Barrier renamed to Improved Blazing Barrier – Damage increased by 20%. Blazing Barrier’s damage is increased by 75%.

Flamestrike is now called Improved Flamestrike – Flamestrike‘s cast time is reduced by 0.5 sec and its radius is increased by 15%.

Critical Mass – You gain 10% 20% more of the Critical Strike stat from all sources.

Frost

Blizzard renamed to Improved Blizzard.

Icy Veins renamed to Improved Icy Veins.

Flurry – Unleash a flurry of ice, striking the target 3 times for a total of [ 104.3% of Spell Power ] Frost damage. Each hit applies Winter’s Chill to the target and reduces the target’s movement speed by 70% for 1 sec.Winter’s Chill causes the target to take damage from your spells as if it were frozen.

Frost Nova renamed to Improved Frost Nova.

Chain Reaction – Your Ice Lances against frozen targets increase the damage of your Ice Lances by 3% 2% for 10 sec, stacking up to 5 times.

New Mage Talents

Focused Frost [NYI] – Frozen Orb deals an additional 100% damage when hitting only one target.

Orb Barrage – Casting Arcane Missiles 15 times fires an Arcane Orb toward your target. Clearcast Arcane Missiles count as 2.

Winter’s Chill – Each hit of Flurry now applies Winter’s Chill to the target. Winter’s Chill causes the target to take damage from your spells as if they were frozen.

PvP Talents

Tinder – If you have not cast Fireball for 8 sec, your next Fireball will deal 30% 70% increased damage with a 30% reduced cast time.

Paladin

Retribution Aura – When any party or raid member within 40 yards dies, you gain Avenging Wrath for 8 sec. [NYI] When any party or raid member within 40 yards takes more than 50% of their health in damage, you gain Seraphim for 6s. Cannot occur more than once every 30s.

Avenging Wrath – Call upon the Light to become an avatar of retribution, increasing your damage, healing, and critical strike chance by 40% (Holy) / 20% (Protection, Retribution) for 20 sec. Call upon the light to become an avatar of retribution, and activating all the effects learned for Avenging Wrath.

Hammer of Wrath: Call upon the Light to become an avatar of retribution, allowing Hammer of Wrath to be used on any target, and activating all the effects learned for Avenging Wrath.

Avenging Wrath: Might – Call upon the Light to become an avatar of retribution, increasing your critical strike chance by 0%.

Avenging Wrath: Call upon the Light to become an avatar of retribution, increasing your damage and healing by 0%.

Retribution

Art of War – Your auto attacks have a 12% 16% chance to reset the cooldown of Blade of Justice.

Crusade – Call upon the Light and begin a crusade, increasing your damage done and haste by 3% for 25 sec. Each Holy Power spent during Crusade increases damage done and haste by an additional 3%.

Holy

Fist of Justice – Each Holy Power spent reduces the remaining cooldown on Hammer of Justice by 2 1 sec.

Priest

Holy

Prayer of Mending is now instant (had a 1.5 sec cast time).

Rogue

New Talents

Echoing Reprimand – Deal [ 110% of Attack Power ] Arcane damage to an enemy, extracting their anima to Animacharge a combo point for 45 sec. Damaging finishing moves that consume the same number of combo points as your Animacharge function as if they consumed 7 combo points. Awards 2 combo points.

Kingsbane – Release a lethal poison from your weapons and inject it into your target, dealing [ 79.7% of Attack Power ] Nature damage instantly and an additional [ 93.59% of Attack Power ] Nature damage over 14 sec. Each time you apply a Lethal Poison to a target affected by Kingsbane, Kingsbane damage increases by 15%. Awards 1 combo points.

Sepsis – Infect the target’s blood, dealing [ 162.89% of Attack Power ] Nature damage over 10 sec. If the target survives its full duration, they suffer an additional [ 77.57% of Attack Power ] damage and you gain 1 use of any Stealth ability for 5 sec. Cooldown reduced by 30 sec if Sepsis does not last its full duration. Awards 1 combo points.

Serrated Bone Spike – Embed a bone spike in the target, dealing [ 120% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and [ 10% of Attack Power ] Bleed damage every 3 sec until they die or leave combat. Refunds a charge when target dies. Awards 1 combo point plus 1 additional per active bone spike.

Shrouded Suffocation – Increases Garrote damage by 15%. Garrote generates 2 additional combo points when cast from Stealth.

Silent Storm – Gaining Stealth, Vanish, or Shadow Dance causes your next Shuriken Storm to have 100% increased chance to critically strike.

Assassination

Improved Garrote renamed to Deadened Nerves – Garrote silences the target for 3 sec when used from Stealth. Physical damage taken reduced by 3%.

Venomous Wounds –  You regain 5 7 Energy each time your Garrote or Rupture deal Bleed damage to a poisoned target.

Nightstalker – While Stealth or Shadow Dance is active, your abilities deal 10% 5% more damage.

Elusiveness – Feint also reduces all damage you take from non-area-of-effect attacks by [ 30 + 25% of Spell Power ]% for 6 sec. Evasion also reduces damage taken by [ 10 + 25% of Spell Power ]%, and Feint also reduces non-area-of-effect damage taken by [ 20 + 25% of Spell Power ]%.

Iron Wire – Increase the duration of Garrote’s silence effect by 3 sec. Garrote silences the target for 6 sec when used from Stealth.

Venom Rush – Ambush and Mutilate refunds 8 Energy when used against a poisoned target.

Poison Bomb – Envenom and Rupture have has a [ 40 [ 50 / 10% ]% chance per combo point spent to smash a vial of poison at the target’s location, creating a pool of acidic death that deals [ 44% of Attack Power ] Nature damage over 2 sec to all enemies within it.

Outlaw

Restless Blades – Affected skills: Adrenaline Rush, Between the Eyes, Blade Flurry, Blade Rush, Dreadblades, Ghostly Strike, Grappling Hook, Keep it Rolling, Killing Spree, Marked for Death, Roll the Bones, Sepsis,Shadow Dance, Sprint, and Vanish.

Evasion renamed to Riposte and changed. Dodging an attack while Evasion is active will trigger Mastery: Main Gauche. This effect may only occur once every 1 sec.

Blade Flurry – Strikes up to nearby 5 targets for [ 40% of Attack Power ] Physical damage, and causes your single target attacks to also strike up to 4 nearby enemies for 60% 50% of normal damage for 12 10 sec.

Elusiveness – Feint also reduces all damage you take from non-area-of-effect attacks by [ 30 + 25% of Spell Power ]% for 6 sec. Evasion also reduces damage taken by [ 10 + 25% of Spell Power ]%, and Feint also reduces non-area-of-effect damage taken by [ 20 + 25% of Spell Power ]%.

Blinding Powder – Reduces the cooldown of Blind by 30 sec and increases its range by 15 5 yds.

Subtlety

Shuriken Storm renamed to Improved Shuriken Storm.

Nightstalker – While Stealth or Shadow Dance is active, your abilities deal 10% 5% more damage.

Elusiveness – Feint also reduces all damage you take from non-area-of-effect attacks by [ 30 + 25% of Spell Power ]% for 6 sec. Evasion also reduces damage taken by [ 10 + 25% of Spell Power ]%, and Feint also reduces non-area-of-effect damage taken by [ 20 + 25% of Spell Power ]%.

Dark Shadow – Shadow Dance increases damage by an additional 15% 20%.

Shaman

Tremor Totem – Summons a totem at your feet that shakes the ground around it for 10 sec, removing Fear, Charm and Sleep effects from party and raid members within 30 yards.

Elemental

Fire Elemental – While the Fire Elemental is active, Flame Shock deals damage 25% 33% faster, and newly applied Flame Shocks last 100% longer.

Surge of Power – Casting Earth Shock, Elemental Blast, and Earthquake enhance your next spell cast within 15 sec:

Lava Burst: Reduces the cooldown of your Fire and Storm Elemental by 6 sec.

Restoration

Earthen Wall Totem – Summons a totem at the target location with Total Health health for 15 sec. [ 35% of Spell Power ] damage from each attack against allies within 10 yards of the totem is redirected to the totem.

New Talents

Shake the Foundations – Casting Earthquake has a 12% chance to instantly cast Chain Lightning at a random enemy in the Earthquake.

PvP Talents

Voodoo Mastery – Reduces the cooldown of your Hex spell by 10 15 sec.

Arms

Overpower is now called Martial Prowess

Execute – Execute no longer has a cooldown and if your foe survives, 20% of the Rage spent is refunded.

Fury

Whirlwind renamed to Improved Whirlwind – Whirlwind no longer costs Rage. Instead it generates 3 Rage, plus an additional 1 per target hit. Maximum max Rage.

Execute – Generates 20 40 Rage.

Bloodthirst – Assault the target in a bloodthirsty craze, dealing [ 65% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and restoring 3% of your health. Increases the critical chance of your next Bloodthirst by 10%][] Stacking up to 1 times.

Execute renamed to Improved Execute and changed. Execute no longer costs Rage and now generates 20 Rage.

Protection

Execute – Execute no longer has a cooldown and if your foe survives, 20% of the Rage spent is refunded.
