The latest Patch 10.2 PTR build adds a permanent augment rune to the game which strengthens our belief regarding the update being the final major patch of the expansion.
If you are currently hoarding runes, don’t forget to sell them before Patch 10.2 hits live servers, as players can buy permanent augment runes from a vendor in the Emerald Dream at Renown 18 for 100K gold. Reputation discounts won’t apply since you are buying the augment rune directly from the Renown vendor.
Dreambound Augment Rune increases Agility, Intellect, and Strength by 87 for 1 hour.
Blizzard usually adds permanent augment runes to the game in the final content patches of an expansion. It appears 10.2 may, in fact, be our final patch of Dragonflight.
