Shady calendar invites from strangers may be a thing of the past in Patch 10.1.7 thanks to a new feature introduced by Blizzard.
In Patch 10.1.7, you can restrict calendar invites to friends or guild members. The option can be found under Options > Gameplay > Social. When enabled, strangers won’t be able to send you calendar invites.
Of course, these companies always find creative ways to advertise their services in the game, but it’s nice to see Blizzard doubling down on their effort to limit their capabilities.
