It appears someone forgot to set the keystone affixes for Mythic+ this week on live servers.
Players on live servers discovered this week’s keystones have no affixes attached to them. This is most likely a bug that will be fixed via hotfixes. Here’s a screenshot of a +11 Neltharus keystone with no affixes.
