Demon Hunters and Warriors received new glyphs in Patch 10.1 that let them launch their main hand weapon while using Throw Glaive and Heroic Throw.
Blizzard added two new cosmetic glyphs to the game in Embers of Neltharion that alter the appearance of thrown weapons for two classes.
Glyph of the Chosen Glaive (Demon Hunter Glyph) — Your Throw Glaive now launches your main hand weapon.
Glyph of the Heaved Armament (Warrior Glyph) — Your Heroic Throw now launches your main hand weapon.
