Evokers will be available at the end of the Shadowlands expansion, so they have to adjust to the existing borrowed power systems and come with a Covenant Ability, Legendary Power, Anima Powers, and Conduits.

Shadowlands Legendaries and Covenant Abilities will be disabled outside of Shadowlands content in the Dragonflight pre-patch.

Dracthyr Evoker Availability

Dracthyr Evokers will be available in Shadowlands to those who pre-order Dragonflight.

Starting Zone / Level

Dracthyr Evokers start in Forbidden Reach at Level 58. The starting zone will be available in the Dragonflight pre-patch.

Evoker Covenant Ability

Evokers only have a single Covenant Ability. Some Covenant Abilities will be baked into talents in the Dragonflight pre-patch, so they won’t work as they currently do on live servers. The Evoker Covenant Ability is called Boon of the Covenants.

Boon of the Covenants – Call upon the Covenants of the Shadowlands to aid you, restoring [ 600% of Spell Power ] health and increasing your Versatility by 10% for 12 sec.

Passive: The Covenants have granted you a portion of their power, increasing your damage and healing by 4.0%.

Evoker Unity Legendary Power

The Evoker Unity legendary increases damage and healing of the Covenant Ability.

Unity – Boon of the Covenants passively increases your damage and healing by an additional 5.0%.

Evoker Anima Powers

In Torghast, Dracthyr Evokers will gain access to the following Anima Powers:

Bronze Affinity – Bronze spells deal 6% more healing and damage.

Azure Affinity – Blue spells deal 6% more damage and healing.

Antique Oathstone – Your Essence spells deal 50% more damage and healing.

Colossal Fang – Fire Breath’s damage over time effect also silences enemies.

Hearty Sustenance – Essence recharges 30% faster.

Enlivened Soot – Living Flame increases your haste by 3% for 15 sec, stacking up to 3 times.

Energized Membrane – Hover lasts 10 sec longer.

Emerald Affinity – Green spells deal 6% more healing and damage.

Legacy of Power – The cooldowns of Black spells are reduced by 20%.

Humming Geode – Essence abilities grant you 10% increased damaging and healing for that color for 8 sec. Stacks 3 times.

Legacy of Knowledge – The cooldowns of Blue and Bronze spells are reduced by 10%.

Igneous Crucible – Deep Breath / Dream Flight causes enemies to take 50% increased damage from all sources for 20 sec.

Poisonous Spores – Emerald Blossom damages enemies within its radius for 100% of its healing amount.

Lichdragon’s Cursemark – Defeating an enemy grants 1 Essence and 6% mana.

Obsidian Affinity – Black spells deal 8% more damage and healing.

Legacy of Wisdom – The cooldowns of Red and Green spells are reduced by 10%.

Ruby Affinity – Red spells deal 4% more damage and healing.

Roar in a Bottle – Empower spells grant you 5% versatility per empower level for 10 sec.

Sands of Time – Hover accelerates time by 50% for 10 sec.

Pulsating Eggshell – Gain the Essence Burst effect every 20 sec.

Searing Coals – Disintegrate casts 1 Pyre at your target over its duration.

Vicious Whelpling – Gain a whelpling companion that deals [ 100% of Spell Power ] damage each time you cast an Evoker spell.

Spectral Sproutling – Emerald Blossom now grows a bulb at all of your allies’ locations, or a second bulb on yourself if you are not in a party.

Talon-Raked Aegis – Reduces the cooldown of Wing Buffet and Tail Swipe by 30 sec.

Worn Adamantine Scale – Soul Remnant’s Blessing increases the duration of Obsidian Scales by 20% per application.

Bronze Acceleration – Increases haste by 1.6-3.0%.

Circle of Life – Increases leech by 2.0-4.8%.

Graceful Stride – Increases movement speed by 3.0-7.2%.

Grandiose Boon – Boon of the Covenants passively increases your damage and healing by an additional 1.2-2.6%.

Inherent Resistance – Reduces magic damage taken by 2.0-4.8%.

Intense Awakening – Increases mastery by 1.6-3%.

Legacy of Coldarra – Increases the duration of Permeating Chill by 1.0-3.8 sec.

Natural Weapons – Reduces the cooldown of Wing Buffet and Tail Swipe by 6-20 sec.

Primal Fortitude – Increases your maximum health by 4.0-9.6%.

Spark of Savagery – Increases critical strike chance by 1.6-3.0%.

Evoker Racials

Dracthyr Evokers come with the following racial abilities and passives:

Active Racial Abilities

Glide – Reduce your falling speed. You can activate this ability with the jump key while falling. (Instant, 1.5 sec cooldown)

Soar – Muster your strength and launch into the air. Increases flight speed by up to 950%. Cooldown begins when you land. (1.5 sec cast, 5 min cooldown)

Tail Swipe – Lash out with your tail, knocking enemies within 6 yds into the air. (Instant, 1.5 min cooldown)

Visage – Switch between your Dracthyr and Visage forms. Your Visage puts your part at ease, significantly increasing out of combat health regeneration. (Instant)

Wing Buffet – With a powerful flap of your wings, knock away enemies in front of you (Instant, 1.5 min cooldown)

Racial Passives

Awakened (Passive) – Increase your mastery by 1.0%.

Discerning Eye (NYI) (Passive) – Increases your Perception by 50. Perception increases the radius of tracking Mining and Herbalism nodes, and the chance of finding additional rare materials when gathering.

Familiar Skies (Passive) -Soar’s cooldown is reduced by 1 min on continents that you have fully explored.

Languages (Passive) – Orcish, Draconic

Principles of Soaring (Passive) – While Soaring through the air, pointing yourself toward any given direction sends you in that direction. Pointing yourself downward grants more momentum. Evening out can transfer that momentum forward. Pointing yourself upward slows you down. When at your slowest, you will start to fall slowly toward the ground, forward and down. You also gain access to the following abilities:

Surge Forward – Flap forward a short distance, gaining speed.

Skyward Ascent – Flap upward, gaining height at the cost of some momentum.
