Death Knight

Death’s Due (Unholy) – While you remain within the area, your Scourge Strike will hit up to 4 7 enemies near the target and inflict Death’s Due for 12 sec.

Death and Decay – While you remain within the area, your Scourge Strike will hit up to 4 7 enemies near the target.

Blood

Improved Vampiric Blood – Increases all healing and absorbs by 5% and duration by 2 sec. Vampiric Blood’s healing and absorb amount is increased by 5% and duration by 2 sec.

Frost

Unholy

Cleaving Strikes – Scourge Strike hits up to 4 7 additional enemies while you remain in Death and Decay.

Defile – While you remain within your Defile, your Scourge Strike/Clawing Shadows will hit 4 7 enemies near the target.

Unholy Assault – Strike your target dealing [ 127.6% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage, infecting the target with 4 Festering Wounds and sending you into an Unholy Frenzy increasing haste by 20% for 12 20 sec.

New Talents

Blood Feast – Anti-Magic Shell heals you for 100% of the damage it absorbs.

Sanguine Ground – You deal 5% more damage and receive 5% more healing while standing in your Death and Decay.

Bloodshot – While Blood Shield is active, you deal 25% increased Physical damage.

Iron Heart – Blood Shield’s duration is increased by 2 sec and it absorbs 20% more damage.

Umbilicus Eternus – After Vampiric Blood expires, you absorb damage equal to 5 times the damage your Blood Plague dealt during Vampiric Blood.

Coagulopathy – Enemies affected by Blood Plague take 5% increased damage from you and Death Strike increases the damage of your Blood Plague by 25% for 8 sec, stacking up to 5 times.

March of Darkness – Death’s Advance grants an additional 25% movement speed over the first 3 sec.

Insidious Chill – Your auto-attacks reduce the target’s auto-attack speed by 5% for 30 sec, stacking up to 4 times.

Gloom Ward – Absorbs are 15% more effective on you.

Demon Hunter

Soul Carver – Carve into the soul of your target, dealing (344% [ 300% of weapon damage) Attack Power ] Fire damage and an additional [ 97.7% [ 97.65% of Attack Power ] Fire damage over 3 sec. Immediately shatters 2 Lesser Soul Fragments from the target and 1 additional Lesser Soul Fragment every 1 sec.

Metamorphosis 

Havoc: Upon landing, you are transformed into a hellish demon for 30 sec, greatly empowering your Chaos Strike and Blade Dance abilities and gaining 10% Haste.

Vengeance: Upon landing, you are transformed into a hellish demon for 30 sec, greatly empowering your Chaos Strike and Blade Dance abilities and gaining 10% Haste and 0% Leech.

Sigil of Misery cooldown changed to 2 minutes (was 3).

Sigil of Silence‘s cooldown reduced to 1.5 minutes (was 2).

Havoc

Blade Dance – Strike your primary target for [ 155.1% of Attack Power ] Physical Chaos damage and all nearby enemies for [ 66% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.

Demonic Wards – Your tattoos reduce magic damage taken by 5% 15%.

Demonic Appetite – Chaos Strike has a chance to spawn a Lesser Soul Fragment. Consuming any Soul Fragment grants 15 30 Fury.

Demon Blades – Your auto attacks deal an additional [ 15.18% 10.12% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage and generate 10-10 Fury.

Essence Break – Slash all enemies in front of you for [ 59.07% 280% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage, and increase the damage your Chaos Strike and Blade Dance deal to them by 40% 100% for 6 4 sec. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets. Cooldown increased to 40 sec (was 20).

Cycle of Hatred [NYI] renamed to Cycle of Hatred and changed. Chaos Strike also reduces the cooldown of Eye Beam by 0.5 sec, and an additional 0.5 sec when it refunds Fury. Blade Dance, Chaos Strike, and Glaive Tempest reduce the cooldown of Eye Beam by 0.5 sec.

Momentum – Fel Rush, Glide, The Hunt, and Vengeful Retreat increase your damage done by 12% for 6 sec.

Vengeance

Focused Cleave – Soul Cleave deals 25% 50% increased damage to your primary target.

Infernal Strike – Leap through the air toward a targeted location, dealing 31.12% 38.9% of Attack Power ] Fire damage to all enemies within 6 yards.

Fiery Brand – Brand an enemy with a demonic symbol, instantly dealing [ 133.17% of Attack Power ] Fire damage and [ 40% 50% of Attack Power ] Fire damage over 8 10 sec. The enemy’s damage done to you is reduced by 40% for 8 10 sec.

Soul Cleave – Viciously strike up to 5 enemies in front of you for [ 87.75% 105.3% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and heal yourself for [ 50% of Attack Power ].

Consumes up to 2 available Soul Fragments within 25 yds and heals you for an additional [ 50% of Attack Power ] for each Soul Fragment consumed.

Throw Glaive (Rank 2) renamed to Perfectly Balanced Glaive.

Improved Sigil of Misery – Reduces the cooldown of Sigil of Misery by 90 30 sec.

Demon Spikers (Rank 2) renamed to Deflecting Spikes.

Agonizing Flames – Immolation Aura increases your movement speed by 20% 10% and its duration is increased by 50% 25%.

Spirit Bomb  – Consume up to 8 Soul Fragments within 25 yds and then explode, afflicting nearby enemies with Frailty for 6 sec and damaging them for [ 22.11% of Attack Power ] Fire per fragment. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets. You heal for 10% of all damage you deal to enemies with Frailty. Consume up to 5 available Soul Fragments then explode, damaging nearby enemies for [ 25.43% of Attack Power ] Fire damage per fragment consumed, and afflicting them with Frailty for 5 sec, causing you to heal for 8% of damage you deal to them. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets.

Feed the Demon – Consuming a Soul Fragment reduces the remaining cooldown of Demon Spikes by 0.5 0.25 sec.

Void Reaver – Frailty now also causes afflicted enemies to deal 5% 4% reduced damage to you. you for 5 sec. Enemies struck by Soul Cleave are afflicted with Frailty for 6 5 sec.

Ruinous Bulwark – Fel Devastation heals for an additional 15% 10%, and 50% of its overhealing is converted into an absorb shield for 10 sec.

New Talents

Vengeance Demon Hunters are the final class to receive their talent tree overhaul on the Dragonflight Beta. As such, Demon Hunters received numerous new talents in Beta Build 45232.

Any Means Necessary – Mastery: Demonic Presence now also causes your single-school magic damage to be dealt as Chaos instead.

Darkglare Boon – When Fel Devastation finishes fully channeling, it refreshes 10-20% of its cooldown and refunds 10-20 Fury.

Know Your Enemy – Gain critical strike damage equal to 50% of your critical strike chance.

Fiery Demise – Fiery Brand also increases Fire damage you deal to the target by 25%.

Volatile Flameblood – When Immolation Aura deals critical damage it shatters a Lesser Soul Fragment from the enemy. This effect may only occur once every 1.5 sec.

Calcified Spikes – You take 10% reduced damage after Demon Spikes ends, fading by 1% per second.

Chains of Anger – Increases the radius of your Sigils by 1 yards.

Extended Spikes – Increases the duration of Demon Spikes by 1 sec.

Fiery Soul – Each Soul Fragment consumed by Soul Cleave reduces the cooldown of Fiery Brand by 1 sec.

Eye Beam – Blasts all enemies in front of you, dealing guaranteed critical strikes for up to [ 225% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage over until cancelled. Deals reduced damage to secondary targets.

Soul Furnace – Every 10 Soul Fragments you consume increases the damage of your next Soul Cleave by 40%.

Demon Spikes – While Demon Spikes is active, melee attacks against you cause the attacker to take [ 10% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. Generates high threat.

Burning Wound – Demon’s Bite leaves an open wound on your enemy dealing [ 100% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage over 15 sec and increasing damage taken from your Immolation Aura by 65%.

Roaring Fire – Fel Devastation heals you for up to 30% more, based on your missing health.

Calcified Spikes – You take 10% reduced damage after Demon Spikes ends, fading by 1% per second.

Mo’arg Bionics – Throw Glaive deals 25% increased damage for each enemy hit.

Darkglare Boon – When Fel Devastation finishes fully channeling, it refreshes 10-20% of its cooldown and refunds 10-20 Fury.

Initiative – Damaging an enemy before they damage you increases your critical strike chance by 15% for 5 sec. Using Vengeful Retreat refreshes your potential to activate this effect on any enemies you are in combat with.

Misery in Defeat – Enemies take 10% increased damage from all sources for 5 sec after Sigil of Misery’s effect on them ends.

Blade Dance

NormalStrike all nearby enemies for [ 66% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.

First Blood: Strike your primary target for [ 155.1% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage and all nearby enemies for [ 66% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.

Soulmonger – When consuming a Soul Fragment would heal you above full health it shields you instead, up to a maximum of [ 10% of Total Health ].

Fodder to the Flame – Your damaging abilities have a chance to call forth a demon from the Theater of Pain for 25 sec. Throw Glaive deals lethal damage to the demon, which explodes on death, dealing [ 192.5% of Attack Power ] damage to nearby enemies and healing you for 25% of your maximum health. The explosion deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets. (Instant, 2 min cooldown)

Aldrachi Design – Increases your chance to parry by 3%.

Erratic Felheart – The cooldown of Fel Rush is reduced by 15%.

PvP Talents

Isolated Prey (Fel Rush) – Generates 40-40 30-30 Fury.

Druid

Feral

Infected Wounds – Rake causes an Infected Wound in the target, reducing the target’s movement speed by 20% for 12 sec. Rake damage increased by 20.

Tiger’s Fury – Instantly restores 30 50 Energy, and increases the damage of all your attacks by 15% for their full duration. Lasts 10 sec.

Berserk – Finishing moves have a 20% chance per combo point spent to refund 2 combo points. Rake and Shred deal damage as though you were stealthed.

Berserk: Relentless renamed to BerserkGo berserk for 20 sec, giving finishing moves a 20% chance per combo point spent to refund 2 combo points. Combines with other Berserk abilities. Go Berserk for 20 sec. While Berserk: Rage and Shred deal damage as though you were stealthed.

Improved Tiger’s Fury renamed to Tiger’s Fury (Rank 2). Tiger’s Fury generates an additional 10 30 energy.

Improved Bleeds (Rank 3) – Shred deals 20% increased damage against bleeding targets. Shred and Swipe/Brutal Slash deal 20% increased damage against bleeding targets.

Incarnation: Avatar of Ashamane – An improved Cat Form that grants all of your known Berserk effects and reduces the Energy cost of all Cat Form abilities by [ 20 + 25% of Spell Power ]%. Lasts 30 sec. You may shapeshift in and out of this improved Cat Form for its duration. An improved Cat Form that grants all of your known Berserk effects and lasts 30 sec. You may shapeshift in and out of this improved Cat Form for its duration. During Incarnaton: Energy cost of all Cat Form abilities is reduced by [ 20+ 25% of Spell Power ]%, and Prowl can be used once while in combat. Finishing moves have a 20% chance per combo point spent to refund 2 combo points. Rake and Shred deal damage as though you were stealthed.

Brutal Slash – Strikes all nearby enemies with a massive slash, inflicting [ 82.8% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. Deals 20% increased damage against bleeding targets. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.

Guardian

Guardian Druid (Spec Aura) 

Increases damage/healing by 16%: Brambles, Mangle, Thrash

Increases periodic damage/healing by 16%: Brambles, Mangle, Thrash

New Druid Talents

The following new Feral Druid talents were added in Dragonflight Beta Build 45335.

Piercing Claws – Critical Strike chance increased by 2%.

Carnivorous Instinct – Tiger’s Fury’s damage bonus is increased by 2%.

Pouncing Strikes – While stealthed, Rake will also stun the target for 4 sec, and deal 60% increased damage. While stealthed, Shred deals 60% increased damage, has double the chance to critically strike, and generates 1 additional combo points.

Wild Slashes – Swipe and Thrash damage is increased by 20%.

Raging Fury – Finishing moves extend the duration of Tiger’s Fury by 0.4 sec per combo point spent.

Dreadful Bleeding – Rip damage increased by 15%.

Frenzied Assault – Finishing moves extend the duration of Tiger’s Fury by 0.4 sec per combo point spent.

Berserk: Heart of the Lion – Each combo point spent reduces the cooldown of Berserk/Incarnation: Avatar of Ashamane by 0.5 sec.

Ashamane’s Guidance – Your melee attacks have a chance to activate Incarnation: Avatar of Ashamane for 6 sec, without the ability to enter stealth in combat.

Tear/Rip and Tear – Applying Rip to a target also applies a Tear that deals [ 1.8% of Attack Power ] Bleed damage for each combo point spent over 6 sec.

Evoker

New Talents

Evokers received Bloodlust in the latest Beta build.

Fury of the Aspects – Increases haste by 30% for all party and raid members for 40 sec. Allies receiving this effect will become Exhausted and unable to benefit from Fury of the Aspects or similar effects again for 10 min. (Instant, Costs 4% of Base Mana, 5 min cooldown)

Hunter

Survival

Predator – Kill Command has a an additional 15% chance to immediately reset its cooldown.

New Talents

Surging Shots – Rapid Fire deals 35% additional damage, and Aimed Shot has a 15% chance to reset the cooldown of Rapid Fire.

Mage

Fire

Fireball (Rank 2) renamed to Enhanced Pyrotechnics.

Blast Wave‘s cooldown increased to 30 seconds (was 25).

Frost

Shatter – Multiplies the critical strike chance of your spells against frozen targets by 1.5, and adds an additional [ 25 + 25$ ]% 50% critical strike chance.

New Talents

Temporal Warp – While you have Temporal Displacement or other similar effects, you may use Time Warp to grant yourself 30% Haste for 40 sec.

Glass Cannon (PvP Talent) – Increases damage of Fireball and Scorch by 40% but decreases your maximum health by 15%.

Frost Bomb (PvP Talent) – Places a Frost Bomb on the target. After 5 sec, the bomb explodes, dealing [ 220% of Spell Power ] Frost damage to the target and [ 110% of Spell Power ] Frost damage to all other enemies within 10 yards. All affected targets are slowed by 70% for 4 sec. (1.5 sec cast, Costs 1.25% of Base Mana, 15 sec cooldown, 40 yd range)

Sloooow Down – Slow applies to everything within 8 yards of your target.

Monk

Brewmaster

Rushing Jade Wind – Summons a whirling tornado around you, causing 90% 119.7% of Attack Power ] Physical damage over 6 sec to all enemies within 8 yards. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.

Mistweaver

Enveloping Mist – Wraps the target in healing mists, healing for [ 360% 288% of Spell Power ] over 6 sec, and increasing healing received from your other spells by 30%.

Spirit of the Crane – Teachings of the Monastery causes each additional Blackout Kick to restore 0.65% 0.45% mana.

Windwalker

Rushing Jade Wind – Summons a whirling tornado around you, causing 90% 119.7% of Attack Power ] Physical damage over 6 sec to all enemies within 8 yards. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.

Spiritual Focus (Serenity): Every 2 Chi you spend reduces the cooldown of Serenity by 0.3 sec.

New Talents

Meridian Strikes – When you Combo Strike, the cooldown of Touch of Death is reduced by 0.35 sec. Touch of Death deals an additional 0 damage.

Drinking Horn Cover – The duration of Storm, Earth, and Fire is extended by 0.4 sec for every Chi you spend.

Hardened Soles – Blackout Kick critical strike chance increased by 5% and critical damage increased by 10%.

Resonant Fists – Deals [ 15% of Attack Power ] Nature damage.

Faeline Harmony – Your abilities reset Faeline Stomp 100% more often. Enemies and allies hit by Faeline Stomp are affected by Fae Exposure, increasing your damage and healing against them by 8% for 10 sec.

Paladin

Avenging Wrath‘s cooldown reduced to 2 minutes (was 3).

New Talents

Holy Paladins received a battle rez on the Dragonflight Beta.

Intercession – Petition the Light on the behalf of a fallen ally, restoring spirit to body and allowing them to reenter battle with 60% health and at least 20% mana. (2 sec cast, Costs 3 Holy Power, 40 yd range, 10 min cooldown)

The Mad Paragon – Hammer of Wrath deals 10% additional damage and extends the duration of Avenging Wrath by 1 sec.

Priest

Power Word: Shield now has a 7.5 sec cooldown. Shields an ally for 15 sec, absorbing 165% 280% of Spell Power ] damage. You cannot shield the target again for 7.5 sec.

Shadow Word: Death now has a 20 sec recharge (was 30).

Psychic Scream‘s cooldown reduced to 45 seconds (was 60).

Shadow Word: Pain – A word of darkness that causes [ 12.92% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage instantly, and an additional [ 57.53% 76.7% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 12 16 sec.

Discipline

Atonement – Power Word: Shield, Shadow Mend, Flash Heal, Renew, and Power Word: Radiance apply Atonement to your target for 15 sec.

Rapture – Immediately Power Word: Shield your target, and for the next 8 sec, Power Word: Shield has no cooldown and absorbs an additional 30% absorbs an additional 200% and may be cast on targets with Weakened Soul.

Power of the Dark Side – Shadow Word: Pain / Purge the Wicked has a chance to empower your next Penance with Shadow, increasing its effectiveness by 50% 30%.

Improved Power Word: Radiance renamed to Light’s Promise. Power Word: Radiance has gains an additional cooldown charge.

Mind Sear – Cast time reduced to 4 seconds (was 4.5). Corrosive shadow energy radiates from the target, dealing 98.3% 117.9% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 4.5 4 sec to all enemies within 10 yards of the target. Generates 6 Insanity over the duration per target hit. Costs 0 Insanity every 1 sec while channeled. Cast time changed to 4 sec (was 4.5).

Shadow Mend – Wraps an ally in shadows which heal for [ 320% 352% of Spell Power ], but at a price. The ally will take [ 16% 17.6% of Spell Power ] damage every 1 sec, until they have taken [ 160% 176% of Spell Power ] total damage from all sources, or leave combat. Now has a 15 sec cooldown.

Psychic Voice – Reduces the cooldown of Psychic Scream by 30 15 sec.

Purge the Wicked – Cleanses the target with fire, causing [ 22.3% of Spell Power ] Fire Radiant damage and an additional [ 124% of Spell Power ] Fire Radiant damage over 20 sec. Spreads to an additional nearby enemy when you cast Penance on the target.

Halo – Creates a ring of Holy energy around you that quickly expands to a 30 yd radius, healing allies for [ 115% up to 161% of Spell Power ] and dealing [ 103% up to 144.2% of Spell Power ] Holy damage to enemies. Deals additional damage and healing to targets further away from you, up to a maximum of 25 yards. Healing reduced beyond 6 targets.

Holy

Renewed Faith – Your healing is increased by 5% 8% on targets with your Renew.

Trail of Light – When you cast Heal or Flash Heal, 35% 18% of the healing is replicated to the previous target you healed with Heal or Flash Heal.

Enlightenment – You regenerate mana 5% 10% faster.

Psychic Voice – Reduces the cooldown of Psychic Scream by 30 15 sec.

Surge of Light – Your healing spells and Smite have a 8% 4% chance to make your next Flash Heal instant and cost no mana. Stacks to 2.

Benediction – Your Prayer of Mending has a 25% 15% chance to leave a Renew on each target it heals.

Light of the Naaru – The cooldowns of your Holy Words are reduced by an additional 33% 10% when you cast the relevant spells.

Halo – Creates a ring of Holy energy around you that quickly expands to a 30 yd radius, healing allies for [ 115% up to 161% of Spell Power ] and dealing [ 103% up to 144.2% of Spell Power ] Holy damage to enemies. Deals additional damage and healing to targets further away from you, up to a maximum of 25 yards. Healing reduced beyond 6 targets.

Shadow

Void Eruption‘s cooldown increased to 2 minutes (was 1.5).

Dispersion changed.

Normal: Disperse into pure shadow energy, reducing all damage taken by 75% for 6 sec and healing you for 25% of your maximum health over its duration, but you are unable to attack or cast spells. Increases movement speed by 50% and makes you immune to all movement impairing effects. Castable while stunned, feared, or silenced.

Intangibility: Disperse into pure shadow energy, reducing all damage taken by 75% for 6 sec and healing you for 50% of your maximum health over its duration, but you are unable to attack or cast spells. Increases movement speed by 50% and makes you immune to all movement impairing effects. Castable while stunned, feared, or silenced.

Void Bolt – Sends a bolt of pure void energy at the enemy, causing [ 81.6% 100% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage. Cooldown increased to 9 seconds (was 4.5).

Mind Sear – Cast time reduced to 4 seconds (was 4.5). Corrosive shadow energy radiates from the target, dealing 98.3% 117.9% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 4.5 4 sec to all enemies within 10 yards of the target. Generates 6 Insanity over the duration per target hit. Costs 0 Insanity every 1 sec while channeled. Cast time changed to 4 sec (was 4.5).

Shadow Crash – Hurl a bolt of slow-moving Shadow energy at the destination, dealing [ 191.25% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage to all targets within 8 yards and applying Vampiric Touch to 4 of them.

Psychic Link – Mind Blast deals 30% and Mind Spike deal 15% of its damage to all other targets afflicted by your Vampiric Touch within 40 yards.

Hungering Void – Void Bolt causes the target to become vulnerable to the void, increasing their damage taken from you by 10% for 6 12 sec. This effect may only be active on one target at a time. Casting Void Bolt on an enemy that is already vulnerable extends the duration of your Voidform by 1 2 sec, or 2 4 sec if Void Bolt critically strikes.

Ancient Madness – Cooldown increased to 2 minutes (was 1.5).

New Talents

Catharstick (PvP Talent) – 20% of all damage that you take is stored in the Catharstick. The stored amount cannot exceed 15% of your maximum health. The initial damage of your next Shadow Word: Pain / Purge the Wicked deals this stored damage to your target.

Void Tendrils – Summons shadowy tendrils, rooting up to 5 enemy targets within 8 yards for 20 sec or until the tendril is killed. (Instant, Costs 1% of Base Mana, 60 sec cooldown)

Divine Aegis – Critical heals create a protective shield on the target, absorbing 15% of the amount healed. Lasts 15 sec. Critical heals with Power Word: Shield absorb 15% additional damage.

Angelic Bulwark – When an attack brings you below [ 30 + 25% of Spell Power ]% health, you gain an absorption shield equal to 15% of your maximum health for 20 sec. Cannot occur more than once every 90 sec.

Halo – Creates a ring of Shadow energy around you that quickly expands to a 30 yd radius, healing allies for up to [ 161% of Spell Power ] and dealing up to [ 144.2% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage to enemies. Deals additional damage and healing to targets further away from you, up to a maximum of 25 yards. Healing reduced beyond 6 targets. (1.5 sec cast, Costs 1% of base Mana, 30 yd range, 40 sec cooldown)

Divine Star – Throw a Divine Star forward 24 yds, healing allies in its path for [ 70% of Spell Power ] and dealing [ 56% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage to enemies. After reaching its destination, the Divine Star returns to you, healing allies and damaging enemies in its path again. Healing reduced beyond 6 targets.

Dark Void – Unleashes an explosion of dark energy around your target, dealing [ 68% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage and applying Shadow Word: Pain to your target and [ 68% of Spell Power – 1 ] nearby enemies. Generates 20 Insanity. (2 sec cast, 40 yd range, 30 sec cooldown)
