Players will receive Riding Skills for free without having to visit trainers in Patch 10.1.5 and there’s a new quest at Level 30 that awards a flying mount!
Riding trainers still do exist in the game but have no dialogue options.
Furthermore, a new “Time to Fly” quest, available at Level 30, will reward faction-specific mounts. Alliance players will receive a Harbor Gryphon mount whereas Horde players will receive a Zandalari-themed Scarlet Pterrordax.

A Gryphon left behind when its brethren were sent for training, it is ready to prove that it is a worthy flier.
Scarlet Pterrordax (Horde)
This pterrordax’s handler couldn’t train due to it’s constant eagerness to take to the skies.
