Rogue Changelog for World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth

This is, as far as we can tell, a complete collection of hotfixes and patch changes during the World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth expansion that directly affected the rogue class. Gamewide or multi-class changes are usually not included; this is a rogue-specific summary. Only changes to the live game are listed here (you won’t find any PTR news). Anywhere you see quote marks, we’re quoting from official WoW patch/hotfix notes; otherwise we’re paraphrasing.
