Deepdrifter Megrim, fish largely attributed to the presence of N’Zoth, have been spotted in one of the crystal lakes of Zaralek Cavern in Patch 10.1 Embers of Neltharion.
In 10.1, we’ll breach Neltharion’s secret laboratory Aberrus hidden within Zaralek Cavern. It is here that he created the dracthyr and ultimately succumbed to the whispers of the Old Gods (notably N’Zoth) and their corruption.
