In this weeks 10.1.7 PTR build, Blizzard has added some additional functionality to the incoming Ping System as well as a datamined tutorial image and mouse cursors.
Tutorial & Mouse Cursors
The tutorial image is likely unfinished lacking the description, but does give an accurate preview as to some of the features.
Top Left depicts the new simple press and release ping at mouse cursor functionality.
