With Vault of the Incarnates opening on all difficulties simultaneously, the Great Vault and Mythic+ loot will be uncapped from the first week of the Season.
In the past, the item level of rewards would always remain capped until Mythic difficulty of the raid tier became available. However, that’s not going to happen in Season 1 because all difficulties are opening simultaneously, which means you will find an Item Level 421 piece of loot in the Great Vault next week when you clear a Mythic +20 this week.
