You can queue for Rated Arenas solo in Dragonflight.

The Solo Shuffle PvP Brawl fulfilled its purpose and Blizzard implemented solo queue for Rated Arena in Dragonflight. It would be really cool to see solo queue implemented for Rated Battlegrounds as well! Here’s a screenshot of the new solo queue option taken from Reddit.
