Blizzard hotfixed a new item called Satchel of Coalescing Chaos to live servers. The cache costs 80 Primal Chaos and can be sent to alts to gain 60 Primal Chaos. You can buy it from Artisan’s Consortium Quartermaster Rabul in Valdrakken.
Primal Chaos is used in Dragonflight to craft epic-quality gear and making it available to alts will definitely help with gearing up your characters.
