Blizzard added a new Renown catch-up for alts in the latest Dragonflight Beta build.
The new Renown catch-up for alts is an account-wide unlock. The first one available at Renown 10 increases reputation gains with the 4 major factions by 100% while below rank 10. The second one occurs at Renown 20 and increases reputation gains by 100% while your alts Renown is below rank 20 or by 200% if it’s below rank 10.

Your standing with the Maruuk Centaur allows your other characters on this account to gain 100% additional reputation with the Maruuk Centaur while their renown is below rank 10.
Your standing with the Dragonscale Expedition allows your other characters on this account to gain 100% additional reputation with the Dragonscale Expedition while their renown is below rank 10.
Your standing with the Iskaara Tuskarr allows your other characters on this account to gain 100% additional reputation with the Iskaara Tuskarr while their renown is below rank 10.
Your standing with the Valdrakken Accord allows your other characters on this account to gain 100% additional reputation with the Valdrakken Accord while their renown is below rank 10.
