When you create a Level 1 character, choose Exile’s Reach as your starting zone, and log in to the game, there’s a specific macro you can use to leave the zone.
/run C_Tutorial.AbandonTutorialArea()
After running the macro, you will receive a quest that will automatically teleport you to your faction city (Stormwind or Orgrimmar), as MidnightFireHuntress explains.
