You can get extremely fast from Hated to Revered with the Netherwing faction during Burning Crusade Timewalking this week and add 6 mounts to your collection!
The Sign of the Twisting Nether reputation buff active this week increases Burning Crusade reputation gains from combat and quests by 50%, which is extremely useful for Netherwing mounts.
If you played the game during the Burning Crusade, you probably know how tedious the reputation grind was back then.
Typically, you’d go from Hated to Neutral with the Netherwing faction upon completing the questline that unlocks the faction.
With Sign of the Twisting Nether, you will go from Hated straight to Revered! If you haven’t done the questline yet, this week’s the best time to do it!
Where to Start the Netherwing Questline?
You can start the questline at the crystals south of Warden’s Cage in Shadowmoon Valley, where you must talk to a High Elf quest-giver named Mordenai wandering around the crystals. The approximate coords are 59, 60. Just spam a /target Mordenai macro until you target the NPC. You can find more information about the quest here.
At Exalted with the Netherwind faction, you will receive one Netherwing mount for free and can buy the rest for 200 Gold from the vendor in Shattrath City.
