Blizzard reduced the duration of Divine Image on the 10.0.7 PTR. We also have some changes to Lightwell that didn’t go live in Build 48076, but were documented in the development notes.

Divine Image – When you use a Holy Word spell, you summon an image of a Naaru at your side. For 15 9 sec, whenever you cast a healing or damaging spell, the Naaru will cast a similar spell. The spell now triggers from all Holy Word casts.
Blizzard also planned the following changes to Spell Name that didn’t go live on the 10.0.7 PTR this week. The following changes will likely be included in the next round of PTR class tuning.
Lightwell healing increased by 50%. Cooldown decreased to 2 minutes (down from 3). Spell is now instant cast (was 0.5 seconds).
Afterlife and Divine Ascension increase the range of Cosmic Ripple, Divine Hymn, and Symbol of Hope.
