Players are reporting an issue with the glow on older Mythic Difficulty and Elite PvP sets on live servers. The effects have mysteriously disappeared.
In Dragonflight, you can unlock Tier Set Cosmetic effects through an achievement (Deep Cuts From the Vault), that’s what is most likely the root of the problem.
