It’s time for the first look at the 10.1.7 Mythic+ rankings, as we check out at all the specs and roles after the patch, from DPS to tanks and healers.
Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We’re also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
All Keys
95th percentile DPS
As we mentioned before, once Fire gets a hold of the top spot, it’s not likely to ever let go of it. The new patch actually sees the entire top 3 remain the same, with Augmentation catching up to the top two as well. The first change of the patch arrives at No.4 where Balance is having a big resurgence, rising 4 spots! Subtlety has moved in right behind the Druid after a 2-spot move, as the two push Destro down one. Enhancement stands strong in 7th while Arcane drops 3 into 8th, and we then find both Warrior specs surging up and teaming up just ahead of Outlaw which closes out the top 10. Marksmanship manages to break out of the bottom 3 where Assassination not only takes its place, but also goes straight to the bottom, joining Unholy and Devastation.

All Percentiles
Augmentation takes over the place in the generalist bracket, taking down both Fire and Shadow! Balance was already doing better here before the patch so it only gains 1 spot in 4th, pushing Subtletly down. Retribution is on the move, gaining 2 spots in 7th and pushing past Destro and Enhancement. Fury remains stead and closes out the top 10.

U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg’s rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Fire and Subtletly refuse to let go of the top spots, but we do see Outlaw join its fellow Rogue, moving 2 spots up. Beast Mastery is also on the move, snagging 6th with another 2-spot move. Destruction finds itself on the way down, with the biggest move in the rankings, 5 spots down into 9th. Meanwhile Feral breaks through into the top 10, moving 2 up in the process, while the bottom 3 have a new face, as Demonology joins Unholy and Assassination down in the dumps.

Tank
Tanks, tanks never change. Well, they do, just not much. Brewmaster is the only difference we see since the patch, as it pushes Blood down a spot.

Healer
Holy Pala remains on top, while the rest… also didn’t move at all since the patch!
