We’ve made it to the last Shadowlands Season 3 Sepulcher log rankings, as tomorrow brings a new season and, most importantly, class tuning – including significant nerfs to the reigning king, Destruction, and as yet unspecified nerfs to the current No.2, Survival (and most likely more changes to others as well). So let’s take a last look at Season 3 and where it all ended up.
While the top 2 remain unchanged ahead of their nerfs tomorrow, we have a lot of action under them. Frost DKs and Windwalkers have taken down the wannabe new No.1 Demonology, creating a very interesting setup for Season 4 as those three specs may be battling it out for the top spot come tomorrow (depending on the other spec tuning that may be coming). Demo has to make due with No.5 for now, as Marksmanship and Affliction hold strong in their same spots from last week. Then we see the two big movers for the week, as Elemental jumps up 2 and Retribution actually makes it into the top 10, right after Arms. Fury manages to dig out of the very bottom, leaving Subtletly, Beast Mastery, and Frost Mage to hope for some buffs tomorrow.
Holding on to the top for as long as they can, the nerf duo is still here for at least another day, with Windwalker poised to take over in the generalist bracket, followed by Frost DK in an inverse of the top percentiles. Unholy is doing much better here, slotting in right after Demonology in 6th, followed by Elemental, as they both sit in a Warlock sandwich. Outlaw is also doing a lot better here, as Marksmanship really is not, relegated to No.10. The bottom is looking very different than the top percentiles as well, as it’s an all mage spec area.
Tanks and Healers
The tank DPS chart has changed a bit since we last checked, as Druids push to the top, followed by Paladins and DKs. Warriors have fallen quite a bit in this last part of the season, with Brewmasters and DHs remaining at the bottom as usual.
Healers remain very consistent as usual, at least at the very top. Holy Priest does manage to push into 3rd and both it and Resto Shaman move past Discipline, leaving Holy Palas down at the bottom.
Arms manages to close out the season on top here, as its long fight with Demonology ends! Enhancement also closes out Season 3 on a high note, claiming that 3rd spot proudly. Outlaw gets bullied out of 4th by Survival and Shadow manages to push past Havoc into 6th, as Balance sits inbetween them. Frost DK and Marksmanship close out the top 10, and Affliction manages to pull out of the very bottom at the very end of the season, leaving Subtlety, Elemental and Fury to enjoy the lowest ranks.
