Get ready for the Seasonal Event: The Make It Rain Campaign!
The Make It Rain Campaign is a special event in Final Fantasy XIV that celebrates the Manderville Gold Saucer, the most exciting place for entertainment in Eorzea. During this event, players can earn more MGP, the currency used in the Gold Saucer, and buy prizes at lower prices. Additionally, there is a unique quest that rewards players with special items.

to Monday, July 17, 2023, at 2:59 PM GMT / Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at 12:59 AM AEST
To start the event, you need to take a quest called “A Golden Opportunity” from an NPC named Kipih Jakkya in Ul’dah.
Requirements for the quest:
Minimum player level of 15
Completion of one of the following main scenario quests: The Gridanian Envoy, The Ul’dahn Envoy, or The Lominsan Envoy.
In the quest, you will help Kipih write an article about the Gold Saucer and convince different characters to visit the amusement park. To achieve this, you will work together with a Senor Sabotender mascot to catch the attention of these NPCs and persuade them to come and enjoy the park’s attractions.
Upon completing the event quest, you will receive the Minion: Wind-Up Godbert, as a reward.
Once the quest is finished, MGP rewards from the Gold Saucer will be increased by 50% for the entire duration of the event. You can also purchase the Crystal Tower striker, Monster Toss Machine, Cuff-a-Cur machine, and other prizes at a reduced MGP cost from the campaign attendant. Additionally, certain items that were available in previous versions of the event can be obtained from the same vendor.
