Eve’s Ghastly Rider (Permanent Broom Mount) Gets Insta Cast Time During Hallow’s End

The permanent broom mount added in Patch 10.1.7 is getting an instant cast time during Hallow’s End!

Eve’s Ghastly Rider is a new mount available in Patch 10.1.7. It’s tied to the Hallow’s End revamp that will be available for testing on the PTR next week.

“Summons and dismisses a rideable magical broom! This mount changes depending on your Riding skill and location. During Hallow’s End the cast time is instant.”

As the tooltip suggests, the mount is permanent with an instant cast time during Hallow’s End. The cast time reduction was implemented in this week’s 10.1.7 PTR build.
