The first full week of the Vault has finished (just about), and we have the first full stats to take a look at! We’ll be diving into all three difficulties this time around, but do keep in mind Mythic is very much not representative of much other than some top guilds, as most still keep their logs private at this point.

Heroic

95th Percentile

Let’s get right into it on Heroic, as we have plenty of logs for each spec, with the only exceptions being Survival and Affliction, who only have a couple hundred compared to the multiple to ten+ thousand for other specs. The rogues have held on to the top – well, most of them – as Assassination falls off into 6th, Marksmanship taking its 3rd place. Enhancement stays strong in 4th and Windwalker takes that one Rogue drop and places itself in 5th. A bit of a surprise awaits us in 6th as Retribution climbs 2 spots, and Havoc follows in the same rising pattern, gaining 3 instead. Fury moves 1 up as well to close out the top 10, as Elemental drops a couple of spots. While Arcane may be doing solid, the other two Mage specs are very much not, as we have another pair of 2 of the same class at the very bottom, joined by Destruction – Affliction not being too far either. How the mighty purple ones have fallen.

All Percentiles

The generalist bracket is actually looking more like the 95th percentile one from day 1, as we have a triple Rogue combo at the top, followed by Marksmanship. Enhancement fell out of favor here over the week, dropping a big 3 spots into 6th, as Windwalker parks in front. Fury improved even more here, grabbing 3 spots at the expense of Retribution among others, and Havoc also rose into 9th, with Elemental grabbing that 10th spot. This time we actually do see a double-class bottom of the barrel combo, as Mages and Warlocks commiserate and hope for better after this week’s tuning.

Normal

We can’t escape the yellow, even in Normal, but at least there’s a new face on top, as Marksmanship grabs the No.1! Windwalker and Enhancement swap places, as Demonology climbs, but generally things are looking very similar to day 1.

Mythic

Well, despite some EXTREMELY sparse logs (we’re talking certain specs with THREE total logs, with the highest count coming in at 500) which we should by all rights ignore, we’re still taking a peak because we can’t help ourselves. Interestingly, things aren’t THAT different from the other difficulties, as the closest comparison to Mythic is… Normal? Marksmanship at the top, Rogues and Enhancement is the order of the day, with the biggest difference being the two Druid specs entering the top 10.

That’s it for the first week in the Vault, now let’s see how that tuning changes things up!  You can check out our Dragonflight class guides here and our Vault of the Incarnates guides here.
