Rextroy has invaded Orgrimmar as a Death Knight “raid boss”. Broken Leech healing turned him nearly invincible, unbeknownst to poor Horde players…
The trick was pulled off thanks to Provisioner Jin’hake, an NPC that cannot be killed while still being attackable. Since the NPC has a low level, Rextroy’s damage was massively increased against him.
He took Plaguebringer and Ebon Fever, as both increase the tick rate of Virulent Plague.
Dreadtick Larva provided Leech. The end result was about 1.5 million healing per second.
Background Information
The main thing allowing this is a broken NPC inside Orgrimmar called Provisioner Jin’hake.

The thing broken with this NPC is that he is unable to be killed! While still being attackable. And since he is such a low level, our damage is MASSIVELY boosted against him. Doing millions for each weapon swing.
However for us to use this NPC to turn us immortal, we would need constant healing REALLY fast. Since these days a full HP bar disappears in just a few seconds.
So I went with Plaguebringer and Ebon Fever, both talents to increase the tick rate of Virulent Plague to about 0.75 seconds between each tick!
Sadly, with healing reduction effects in PvP, and a baseline 5% leech.
It would only heal me about 150k for each tick… So I needed a better source of Leech.
And that was the amazing WPvP item Dreadtick Larva (which I used in an earlier raid boss showcase).
This gives us 30% leech and will be enough for us to easily top ourselves.
My healing every 0.75 seconds was about 1.3M ticks, so true HPS is somewhere around 1.5M.
The Horde would then have to kill me from 100% HP within that timeframe, in order to defeat me!
If you wonder why I barely killed any Horde players, is because my rotation was all about Scourge Strike (keeping up Plaguebringer), Outbreak (keeping Virulent Plague up on the NPC), and Death Strike (20% physical dmg reduction). So I didn’t have much damage output.
I also wouldn’t chase people since there is a risk of our provider resetting and teleporting back to spawn…
