The world boss will most likely drop Item Level 421 loot. The current world bosses offer Item Level 395 rewards and the Item Level is increasing by +26 between Seasons, so Item Level 421 makes the most sense.

Vakan and Gholna, powerful djaradin elders, are each a master over their respective element. Gholna with lava and Vakan with shadowflame, they are locked in constant conflict over who is stronger. Through devastation and chaos, each elder attempts to outdo the other until one of them is crowned victor.
Overview
Vakan and Gholna each use their abilities in a contest to see who can defeat their enemies fastest Vakan hurls Enveloping Darkness at random destinations that summons a Blistering Cyclone. Gholna creates Lava Geyser at random destinations that erupt and continually inflict fire damage to players. At full energy, Vakan unleashes Scorching Eclipse while Gholna casts Incineration.
