Blizzard has posted Classic Era 1.14.4 PTR development notes which includes known issues with Hardcore realms as well as detailing PvP changes. Blizzard has also noted some PTR server performance issues that have prompted taking PTR realms offline and a character wipe. They’re expecting servers to return later this afternoon.
