On the Patch 10.2 PTR, here are the global scaling changes to Season 3 Mythic+ dungeons before any specific tuning changes.
Health of all creatures increased by 14%.
Damage of all creatures and abilities increased by 13.46%.
Inflicts 1824 Arcane damage.
