Patch 10.1.5 reintroduced a wealth of former transmogs to hunt down, including those from all the way back in Wailing Caverns! The Stuffed Deviate Scale Pouch is a new drop from Druids of the Fang, awarding otherwise no longer obtainable legacy items and leatherworking recipes!
The legacy patterns for Deviate Scale Cloak, Deviate Scale Gloves, and Deviate Scale Belt can now sometimes be found within Stuffed Deviate Scale Pouches which drop from Druids of the Fang inside Wailing Caverns.
