The Time-Breaching Talon is a powerful trinket for casters, but especially Arcane Mages as it was BiS for this entire season for their spec. However, this has been nerfed pretty significantly in a hotfix today.
Time-Breaching Talon – Use: Tear through time and steal power from your future self, gaining 29201926 Intellect for 15 sec, then losing 1168613 Intellect for 1520 sec.
