In today’s PTR build, the source for Tyrael’s Charger has been updated to the Trading Post. We’ll likely see this mount return as a potential reward option at some point from the rotating monthly stock of rewards in the Trading Post.
There’s no indication of when exactly we might see this reward return as of yet. Previously, the mount was offered exclusively either through a Diablo III Annual Pass Promotion or for a couple brief times on the Battle.net Shop.
