Blizzard has updated the Dragonflight Patch 10.2: Guardians of the Dream PTR development notes with new tuning and design changes for most classes!
Here are the changes for this week’s Guardians of the Dream PTR update:CLASSES
DEMON HUNTER
Concentrated Sigils has been removed.
Havoc
Tactical Retreat and Unbound Chaos have swapped talent locations.
Burning Hatred now generates an additional 40 Fury (was 50).
Inner Demon now deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.
