The Preservation Evoker Tier for Season 3 of Dragonflight was hotfixed on the PTR recently.
Living Flame has a chance to apply Echo at 70%50% effectiveness on allies healed, or a nearby ally who doesn’t already have Echo.
Proc chance increased to 33% (was 20%)
