Blizzard has posted hotfixes for today which includes weekly reset PvP tuning as well as some drop fixes for Time Rifts.

Time Rifts
The Ragged Mantid Sword now has a chance to drop from any Klaxxi during a Time Rift event, rather than specifically blade wielding Klaxxi.
Items and Rewards
Fixed an issue preventing collectibles from being dropped by the Temporal Investi-gator.
