After today’s Patch 1.1.1 Campfire Chat, Diablo 4’s Global Community Development Director, Adam Fletcher, took to Twitter to confirm that these patch changes will also apply to the Eternal Realm.
As to be expected, the only changes that will not be present in the Eternal Realm are those that specifically apply to the Seasonal Realm; such as any changes to the Seasonal Questline, Battle Pass, or the Seasonal Mechanic – Malignant Hearts.
