To start this questline, you must have a lv50 Orc character who is Exalted with Orgrimmar.

The Orc Heritage questline starts when you log in, receiving the quest A Summon to Orgrimmar, asking you to meet Eitrigg by Grommash Hold in Orgrimmar.
