It appears that the Neltharus Dungeon was buffed on the Weekly Reset, nerfing the dominant chain strategy.
Chain Strategy in Neltharus
The Burning Chain strategy was by far the most dominant chain strategy in high keys. Every 3 minutes, the entire party could click on a chain and essentially detonate the chain on any group of mobs, instantly killing the group.
Sense on Twitter documented that this worked out to be about 43% of the damage in a key.
