The WoW Classic Public Test Realm will be live for Hardcore Testing on Thursday June 29th, 2023 and the level cap will be Level 30. Blizzard just announced the Hardcore Classic Realm Rules and Mechanics, as well as a Developer Interview with Sarthe on YouTube.
