The three trinkets dropping from Fyrakk in the Amirdrassil raid are now marked as Very Rare in the dungeon journal, indicating that we will likely see them a lot less, but also increasing their item level further beyond the rest of the raid’s loot – currently listed at 470 on Normal, 483 for Heroic, and 496 on Mythic difficulty – making these the highest official item levels in the game… at least until we get more details on Fyr’alath the Dream Render!
