Blizzard has announced that crafting Enchanting Vellums have been disabled to fix a bug.
This “bug” likely includes a fix for an exploit which allows crafters to only proc rank 3 enchants.
We’ve temporarily disabled the creation of Enchanting Vellums, while we diagnose and fix a bug.We hope to develop and deploy the fix in the next 24 hours.
