In today’s 1.1.1 Patch Notes, Blizzard addressed the issue of item Affixes sometimes repeating when an item is Enchanted multiple times.
Fixed an issue where continuously enchanting an item could result in having the same stat show repeatedly in subsequent re-rolls.
Blizzard will also be fixing another issue related to Enchanting.
