Blizzard has released a new hotfix addressing the As The World Burns and Stolen Artifice quests, which were bugged – they’re now working as intended!

A server-side hotfix was rolled out this evening. Server-side hotfixes occur in the background and will not require a client-side patch.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where Astaroth would destroy the house before moving to it, which would prevent completion of the “As the World Burns” quest.
