Blizzard has released some additional BlizzCon information detailing differences between the General Admission and Portal Pass tickets, as well as the AXS ticketing system purchasing process. As stated in their initial post, non-attendees can live stream BlizzCon 2023 free of charge, with normal BlizzCon goodies sold via an optional virtual ticket.
