Blizzard has replied in the Dragonflight Hunter feedback thread, noting that Sentinel’s Wisdom is very likely being redesigned.

Sentinel’s Wisdom seems lackluster. It might be strong in dungeons and PvP, but is practically worthless in raids. I really hope we receive another form of utility.
Hunter’s Agility now provides dodge chance instead of avoidance. Is this an out of season April Fools’ joke?
