Blizzard is making an adjustment to the Lich King encounter in Heroic Icecrown Citadel, making it so damaging the Lich King, Raging Spirits, and Vile Spirits will be significantly reduced for 45 seconds after Harvest Souls is cast. This change will be on the PTR for testing soon.
Greetings,We will soon push a hotfix to the 3.4.3 PTR that contains a small adjustment to the Lich King encounter on both 10 and 25 player heroic modes.
